Do you offer same day delivery?
Yes we do! Order before 2pm weekdays or 12pm at weekends for same day delivery. However, if you do miss our website cut off times, please call us and we will try our best to accommodate your order.
We offer free delivery to the edlesborough, Eaton bray & totternhoe for orders over £35.
we deliver to areas within a 10km radius to our shop with a charge of £6.95. Delivery option are clearly listed at checkout.
What if I change my mind? Do you accept returns?
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept change of mind returns on perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).
For other items, please reach out to us within 14 days for a hassle-free return or exchange.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
What if I have an issue with my order?
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
How should I look after my flowers?
flowers drink through their stems and once cut the stem can easily dry out. before placing the flowers into your vase, cut each stem at an angle using a pair of scissors. this will ensure they can get as much water as they need.
keep your flowers in a cool place and out of direct sunlight.
Keep in mind that some flowers wilt faster than others. removing wilted stems will keep the rest of the bouquet looking better for longer and limit the spread of bacteria to the other flowers.
